The Training Course aims to bring knowledge, train and empower SMEs’ managers, supervisors, self-entrepreneurs and relevant stakeholders to foster their digital skills and become familiar with cutting edge technologies under the framework of Industry 4.0 and BIC technologies advantages. Specifiaclly, it involves the Training Curriculum development and its experimentation through piloting activities into the partners’ countries along with an evaluation process based on defined evaluation criteria.

The course will use a blended methodology, including face-to-face and Work-Based Learning activities, as well as online resources. It is expected to be adaptable, with innovative learning methods and pedagogical approaches implemented over time. Workshops, labs, case studies, collaborative work, and other resources will be available online as part of the Training Course on the project’s e-learning platform.The training materials will be fully available in all partner languages, allowing any learner to put them into practice.

The second WP has the following specific objectives:

⚈ Provide training materials that are innovative, well-organized, and relevant to the digitalization of SMEs.
⚈ Emphasize the significance of digitalization for SMEs and self-employed businesses’ internal business processes, business and financial management, marketing, and document management.
⚈ Broaden digital skills policy by emphasizing transferable skills for a digital future and demonstrating to participants how they can collaborate to address the human and technical capacity challenges associated with digital transformation.
